THE BROICH COTTAGE
The cottage is part of a traditional courtyard setting attached to the farmhouse. Catering for up to eight people in four twin bedded rooms the cottage has recently been modernised to a high standard and is most comfortable and well appointed. Every bedroom has an en-suite bath/shower room. There is a large sitting/ dining room and a modern kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. A games room with a ping pong table and bar football is attached. A tennis court is also available for guests. The cottage has oil fired central heating and a wood burning stove. Linen and bath towels are provided.

£900 plus Vat per week for main cottage sleeping 6 and £170 plus VAT a week for the twin bedded annex.
DOGS
Dogs and smoking are not permitted in the bedrooms although the games room may be used for pets. Pets are charged at £20 per week extra
CATERING
The cottage is generally self catering although excellent meals can be arranged from local outside caterers who will deliver ready prepared meals or picnics for guests.
A cooked breakfast can be arranged by special request. It is possible to book a resident cook provided adequate notice is given. A deep freeze and laundry facilities are available.
WALKS & PICNICS
There are numerous walks to be enjoyed down by the river where picnics may also be held in the fishing hut - a memorable summer evening’s entertainment.
PART WEEK ACCOMMODATION
Mid week changeovers and short breaks stays may incur an additional charge.
BOOKINGS
Bookings are generally from Sunday to Sunday with guests asked to arrive at around 4.00pm and to depart by 10.00am on the day of departure. Shorter stays are by arrangement and can usually be accommodated. |
