The Broich Cottage is within a 5 minute drive of the River Teith. Wild roe deer and red squirrels roam nearby, and red kites and osprey can often be seen soaring above. Elusive pine martens are also resident on the estate.
The cottage and annex are part of a traditional courtyard setting attached to the main farmhouse. Catering for up to eight people in four twin bedded rooms the buildings have recently been modernised to a high standard and are most comfortable and well appointed. Each bedroom has an en-suite bath/shower room.
There is a large sitting/ dining room and a modern galley kitchen with electric oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. For fishermen or children there is a rod / games room with a Ping-Pong table and wood-burning stove. A hard tennis court is also available for use by guests.
The informal atmosphere with wood panelling and various fishing and stalking memorabilia make this cottage a popular choice.

This bothy is perfect for those who want to escape from the demands of everyday life. Tucked away in mature woodland, close to the Keeper’s Cottage and within a 3 minute walk of the River Teith. Recently refurbished, the pine-panelled bothy has 1 twin room, 1 bunk room with a shared shower room.
There is a welcoming sitting room / kitchen with a wood-burning stove. There is a TV with DVD player but no wifi.

Mid week changeovers and short breaks stays may incur an additional charge.
Bookings are generally from Sunday to Sunday with guests asked to arrive at around 4.00pm and to depart by 10.00am on the day of departure. Shorter stays are by arrangement and can usually be accommodated.
The cottage is generally self catering although excellent meals can be arranged from local outside caterers who will deliver ready prepared meals or picnics for guests.
A cooked breakfast can be arranged by special request. It is possible to book a resident cook provided adequate notice is given. A deep freeze and laundry facilities are available.
There are numerous walks to be enjoyed down by the river where picnics may also be held in the fishing hut – a memorable summer evening’s entertainment.
